ABOUT ME
Recently named a pioneer in Milton Keynes, I have over 25 years’ experience as a film and TV producer.
My career began with a UNICEF documentary on girls’ education in The Gambia, followed by roles in media, research and public sector production. I founded The Gambia’s first production company.
I now lead Film Academy Milton Keynes, which has provided training for 3000 young people.
I organise major events including the Black History Month Exhibition and Black Excellence Awards.
I am also a university lecturer, councillor, author and doctoral researcher exploring AI in media.
My work focuses on empowerment, education and creativity.
